to welcome all the members of the
Advanced Textiles Association to the
annual convention in Charlotte on October
12-14, 2022.
I hope that those here from outside the
Charlotte area will enjoy their stay and
experience all that the largest city in the
state of North Carolina has to offer, from the
wonderful eateries to the Levine Center of
the Arts with its variety of museums, just to
name a few.

here in Charlotte. I hope you will enjoy
all that the beautiful Queen City has to offer.
The textile industry has played an important
and productive role in North Carolina's
economy for decades. We are proud of the
many varied products created in our state
which are shipped around the world.
I appreciate the work the Advanced Textiles
Association does to promote and educate
this industry. My best wishes for continued
success in all of your future endeavors.

Cell Phone and Communication Reminders Please be
considerate of others and silence all electronic devices while
in education programs, meetings and social functions. Paging
of attendees is not permitted.
Identification IFAI Expo 2022 name badges are required
for entrance to all IFAI Expo events and programs. Special
credentials are required to attend the Advanced Textiles
Conference, Deep Dive Workshops, All Access and Expo Plus
education. Stop by registration if you have questions.
Luggage/Storage Luggage is not allowed on the show
floor. A coat/luggage check is available near the IFAI Expo
Registration desk, Oct. 12-14.
Medical Devices Persons with pacemakers or other
medically implanted devices should be aware that some
equipment on the show floor may affect these devices.
Unauthorized Exhibit Sales (Suitcasing) Non-exhibiting
companies are not allowed to sell on the show floor. Doing so
will result in removal from the floor.
Photography Cameras and videotaping are not permitted
at any event or on the show floor without show management
approval. As an attendee, your likeness may be used in photos
or videos obtained at IFAI Expo 2022.
Scheduled Events and Locations
 All scheduled events will take place at the Charlotte
Convention Center unless otherwise noted.
 Reference the IFAI Expo 2022 app and onsite signage for
room locations and speaker details.
 Attendees must be formally registered for certain events.
Your name badge will indicate if your registration includes
the Fun Run/Walk and Industry Night. If you are not
registered for any of these events but would like
to attend, please stop by registration.
When you aren't in sessions or walking the show
floor, check out everything Charlotte has to offer.
