CONTROL VALVE
The RTK discharge and pump
protection control valve works
as two valves in one, combining
a pump protection recirculation
valve and a control valve. The
valve is said to not only cut
costs but increase the lifespan
of pumps by regulating the
main flow and the recirculation
flow with a single valve. The
device provides the additional
flow required in a closed
loop and provides an in-lineadjustable
recirculation port.
This feature allows user control
of the valve inline while the
pump is working.

Large-diameter O-ring seals
are produced using either the
Extensis molded O-ring or
horseshoe molding methods.
The Extensis method reportedly
provides a superior joint
by bonding partially cured
extrudate segments with a
proprietary curing agent that is
compositionally similar to the
base material. The horseshoe
molding process, used in highpressure,
vacuum, dynamic,
or other extreme applications,
is said to be ideal for critical
equipment where asset integrity
is paramount, such as
compressors used in the oil &
gas industry.

EXTENSION
