Establishing and sustaining a positive and collaborative culture in industrial enterprises is
critical to overall success and profi tability. Such cultures, often unheralded, don't simply
need to be sustained, they need to be recognized.
To further eff orts to develop and improve organizational cultures, Efficient Plant
magazine and the Univ. of Tennessee Reliability and Maintainability Center are pleased
to accept entries for the Third Annual The Reliability of Everything Culture Improvement
Awards, a program designed to recognize successful eff orts in three categories:

 The initial entry form is simply a declaration of your
intent to participate in the awards program.
Entry deadline is October 31, 2021. Winners
will be announced in the March 2022 issue
of Effi cient Plant and recognized in a
ceremony at the MARCON conference in
March 2022.
If you have an established and successful
culture/program or have made signifi cant
progress toward improving your company
culture, consider entering this competition
so you can be recognized and others can
learn from your success.

 Upon submission of the initial entry
form (submit as soon as possible), you
will receive a spreadsheet fi le designed
to organize your data.
 The spreadsheet fi le will be
accompanied by a phone call to help you
understand how to eff ectively submit
your data.
 Final submission of all data and
supporting information must be
received by October 31, 2021.
RECOGNITION
 Award winners will be recognized in a
feature article in the March 2022 issue
of Effi cient Plant magazine.
 Winners will be acknowledged in the MARCON 2022
opening ceremony. MARCON 2022 is held in March
2022 at the Univ. of Tennessee, Knoxville.
 A winning-company representative will be part of
the MARCON Culture Track Round Table discussion.
