Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles
EXAIR has a large selection of Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles
in stock. Available in a range of spray patterns for a variety
of uses. They combine liquid and compressed air to create
a mist of atomized liquid that can be easily adjusted to
meet the needs of your application. Stainless steel
for durability and corrosion resistance.
EXAIR's Patented No Drip Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles
have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid
flow when the compressed air is shut off. No Drip
Spray Nozzles are ideal where liquid conservation
and product finish are priorities.
Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzles
Pressurized liquid nozzles increase liquid fl ow for cooling,
washing and rinsing. Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzles are
engineered with a vaneless tangenti al fl ow design that
resists clogging and produces a uniform distributi on
in a full cone or hollow cone spray patt ern.

Internal Mix and No Drip Internal Mix:
Internal mix nozzles mix the liquid and air inside the
air cap and produce the fi nest atomizati on. Both air
and liquid sides are pressure fed.
1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT and 1/2 NPT sizes available.
External Mix and No Drip External Mix:
External mix nozzles have the highest fl ow rates
and allow the air and liquid fl ows to be adjusted
independently. These nozzles are best where
precise liquid fl ow is needed. Both air and liquid
sides are pressure fed.
1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT and 1/2 NPT sizes available.
Siphon Fed and No Drip Siphon Fed:
Siphon fed nozzles require no liquid pressure and can
be used with gravity fed liquids or lift liquids from a
siphon height as much as 36 inches (91cm).
