LIQUID LEVEL CONTROLLERS
ProSense CLC series conductive liquid level
controllers detect and control levels in dualprobe
pump-up (fill) and/or pump-down (drain)
applications. The controllers compare the
measured resistance value between the high/
low probes and a common (either the tank wall
or a third probe) with the setpoint controlled by
the onboard potentiometer. A wide adjustable
sensitivity range is included to meet a large
variety of liquid types.

Fan-cooled Posidyne clutch brakes
are said to provide rapid and precise
stopping, starting, speed change, and
positioning, even in harsh environments such as
high heat, high cycle rates, and high inertia loads. Oil-shear
technology transmits torque through lubricated surfaces so
there is reportedly no wear and no heat build-up, so the clutch
brakes require no maintenance or adjustment. The housing is continuously cooled,
providing as much as 4-1/2 times the cooling capacity of non-fan models.

BARRIER TERMINAL BLOCKS
DKU series of screw-type barrier terminal
blocks have been upgraded for reported
easier use with various types
of cable lugs. The blocks use
a spring-guided system where
the screws are integrated and
captive within the terminal
enclosure. Screws can be
backed out so that ring- or
U-shaped cable lugs can be inserted,
without the possibility of losing
the screw. The housing also
ensures proper alignment of
the screw and lug.

A line of electric two-stage, vertical-tank stationary air
compressors is available for applications requiring
greater pressure. The two-stage models provide
175 psi and displace between 9.1 and 43.6 cfm.
Each compressor uses a heavy-duty, two-stage
cast-iron pump and powder-coated ASME-certified
tank. A large flywheel provides extra-cooling and
easier startup, while special unloading valves further
assist the motor in starting. A directional air shroud
helps reduce pump temperatures, and a thermaloverload
protection feature prevents the motor from
drawing too much current and overheating.
