LEFT-HAND-SHAFT WORM GEARBOXES
IronHorse worm gearbox line includes left-hand-shaft models in
four frame sizes and six gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Constructed
of cast-iron one-piece housings, the units have a C-flange
input and change drive direction by 90 deg. The gearboxes are
mountable in any direction, except motor pointing up.

COLOR-CHANGING
LED LIGHT TOWER
The WAL-TP-1X600RGB-25C LED light
tower produces a wide flood beam,
drawing 60 W at 0.5 A on 120 VAC. The
assembly is an RGB unit consisting of
45 LEDs producing red, green, and blue
light of varying intensities. The LED unit
is controlled using an included handheld
remote with a 25-ft. working distance. A
wireless remote turns the light on and off,
changes the LED color, dims the light,
or sets different operating modes such
as steady burn, flash, strobe, color fade,
and smooth fade. The lamp also includes
internal memory of the last configuration
in the event of power failure. According to
the manufacturer, output is comparable to
a 500-W quartz work light.

SERVO MOTORS AND AMPLIFIERS
A line of 400-V servo motors and amplifiers is an addition to the Sigma-7 servo
systems. The amplifier has a book-style form factor built around a single standard
height and two standard widths, reportedly to make control-cabinet design and
configuration easier and more predictable. Installation is enhanced by wiring
connections on the top and bottom of the amplifiers, allowing the routing of wiring
above and below the amplifier and eliminating the need for
terminal-board breakouts.
