On-Demand Ventilation System
Ultra fully automated, non-ducted, on-demand ventilation system adjusts
fan speed based on changes in velocity and/or air pressure, reportedly
resulting in superior energy savings, extended filter life, continuous
particulate removal, and fewer maintenance requirements. The system
allows operators to set limits on how dirty the filters can get before they
go into an automated cleaning cycle. When the system senses the filter has
reached the designated threshold, it takes the unit offline to begin pulling
particulate from the collection to the Gatekeeper Sweeper, the centralized
housekeeping unit that collects particulate from all units in one location.
Sequential cleaning allows no more than one unit offline at a time. Units can
be pre-programmed to avoid shutting down during peak production times.

VORTEX FLOW SENSORS
ProSense VFS series vortex flow sensors monitor water and deionized water
flow. Using the pushbuttons and display, the series can measure flow rate and
temperature. Available with 1/2-in. or 3/4-in. NPT process connections, the 1001
series offers two separate outputs that can be used either as a flow or temperature
limit switch or to monitor continuous flow rate or temperature. The 1002 series
has two analog flow/temperature monitoring outputs.

system offers VPN (virtual private network) client
technology to connect to an OpenVPN-based
