SAFETY-RELAY MODULES

Dold UH6932 speed-monitor relay modules have two PNP or NPN sensor inputs
and two N.O. positively driven and two semiconductor monitoring outputs. The
Dold UH6937 frequency-monitoring relay modules require no external sensors and
provide two N.O. positively driven and two semiconductor outputs for monitoring.
The relays provide overspeed, under speed, and/or standstill detection for single- or
three-phase motors by monitoring either external proximity sensors mounted on a
rotating element of the motor or load, the frequency of the motor power signal, or the
remanence voltage (back EMF) of the motor signal.

ENHANCED GROUND TESTER

The DET2/3 earth/ground resistance tester includes
an optional test lead reel that is said to dramatically
reduce time and frustration for the operator. Designed
to test communications and ground systems, the
tester has a graphic display for better data analysis,
excellent error detection capabilities, and a range of
test frequencies to ensure noise protection.
With a test frequency range of 10 Hz to 200 Hz in
steps of 0.5 Hz, with an automatic frequency selection
feature, it allows users to ensure tests are carried
out at the frequency with the lowest noise level. The
unit includes a large internal memory that allows
immediate calculation of resistivity and can store
more than a day's worth of test results. The results can
be downloaded to a USB flash drive or directly to a
PC running PowerDB software.

Hazardous Location Cabinet
Cooler systems have ULclassified designation for
Div1 environments including
Class I Div 1, Groups A, B, C,
and D; Class II Div 1, Groups
E, F, and G; and Class III
environments. With a cooling capacity to 5,600 Btu/hr., they are CE compliant and
available for NEMA 4 and 4X enclosures. The units circulate 20-deg. F air inside the
enclosure to prevent high-temperature faults. They mount in a standard electrical
knockout while keeping the NEMA 4 or 4X rating of the enclosure.

PUMP CONDITION-MONITORING DEVICE

The IN-1000 condition-monitoring device, for pumps in operationally critical and
environmentally sensitive chemical engineering applications, accommodates one
master and as many as 10 satellite modules/network. Built-in features include a
two-level warning and alarm system, logging of sensor
data, and remote monitoring with a smartphone app. It
is available with ATEX certification for use in EX zones.
Users can assess expected versus actual performance
on key indicators such as
leak detection and bearing
temperature, vibration, suction,
and discharge pressure.
