Board members, administrative managers, unit owners - everyone in a condominium association has relationships, investments, and opinions. Some confl icts are easily resolved; if the member discloses the confl ict and the board determines that it does not prevent fair and impartial management of condominium matters, then everyone can go about their business as usual.
