Modular and Flexible TFF Process Development Scale Systems
Cogent® Lab systems are designed for the tangential flow filtration step at small scale. These systems use a similar
design, sensing technologies and accessories as their manufacturing-scale system, making scale-up or scaledown
process seamless. With a homogeneous design and flow range from 20 to 6000 mL/ min, our Cogent® Lab
systems have been specifically created to simplify process development. Three small scale options are available:
Cogent® Lab 150, 800, and 6000 systems. All optimized for high product recovery and drainability, ensuring
successful small-scale TFF operations. These systems offer flexibility to operate in concentration/diafiltration,
microfiltration, and single pass tangential flow filtration (SPTFF) modes; accommodate a wide range of operating
parameters (volume, temperature, flow), and modularity for specific requirements tailoring.

Development & Pilot Freeze Dryers
LyoConstellation Development & Pilot Freeze Dryers provide the largest process space in their class, allowing
development of highly aggressive cycles. Each unit can hold 100mTorr while shelves are at +40⁰C fully loaded.
