From all my past work experience, I realized I enjoyed designing scaffolds the most. This led me to the mechanical engineering technology program at Red Deer College, because it would give me the tools to specialize in mechanical design. I switched to the mechanical engineering technology program after my first year. Since completing the program, I have enrolled in the engineering bridge program at Lakehead University with the goal of getting a mechanical engineering degree. Spencer Otto I decided to take the electrical engineering technology program at Red Deer College because of a curiosity with electrical systems that began at a young age. During the summer between my first and second year, I worked at a power company.
