OSPE is committed to supporting equity,
diversity and inclusion in engineering. In 2017,
we established a pilot mentorship program
funded by Status of Women Canada, which is
now known as Women and Gender Equality Canada
(WAGE).
OSPE recognizes that workforce diversity
extends beyond gender. In 2019, we welcomed
individuals from all under-represented groups
to the program.
Become a Partner:
Research shows that employers who are champions
of diversity benefit through the recruitment and retention
of engineering talent. You can demonstrate your
organization's commitment to building a diverse
profession with an annual investment of $15,000 as
a Title Partner, or $10,000 as a Participating Partner.
Partner benefits include:
