OSPE CONGRATULATES NEW PEO REGISTRAR GERARD MCDONALD OSPE congratulates Gerard McDonald, P.Eng., on his recent appointment as Registrar with Professional Engineers Ontario. A licensed engineer since 1984, Gerard served as executive director of the Transportation Safety Board of Canada from 2006 to 2009, among other leadership roles within the country's transportation sector. He is now responsible for administration of the Professional Engineers Act.
