One of iDAPT's Challenging Environmental
Assessment Labs (CEAL). CEAL is a large six
degree-of-freedom simulator motion base with a
6 metre by 6 metre mounting floor. This mounting
floor can host several interchangeable lab spaces.
The motion capability enables the simulation of
realistic and challenging environmental conditions
including changing ground surface inclination,
simulating vehicle motion, and disturbing balance
by sudden surface movements.
