FIELDING ESTATE WINERY

FLAT ROCK CELLARS

Reflecting their Haliburton roots, the Fielding family has built a winery
with charming Northern Ontario-lodge ambience - set high on the
Beamsville Bench. Since opening in 2005, Fielding has been twice named
one of Canada's top 10 wineries. Winemaker Richie Roberts produces
head-turning reds and vibrant, juicy, aromatic whites. Curtis Fielding was
named Grape Grower of the Year in 2012-2013.

Since opening in 2005, Ed Madronich has injected fun and enthusiasm
into both the wine and the winery experience - so no wonder this
is the home of Twisted, the crowd pleasing white blend. The five-level
gravity-fed winery sits atop the Escarpment with an incredible 360°
view of the vineyards, Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline. Chardonnay
and Pinot Noir, made by Jay Johnston, are the winery's focus but
the Rieslings, especially Nadja's Vineyard, are consistently recognized
among Canada's best.

FOREIGN AFFAIR WINERY (THE)
While living in Italy in the early '90s as Ontario's Trade Diplomat,
Len Crispino was inspired by Amarone or Appassimento wines. In 2000,
he and his wife, Marisa, purchased prime land in Vineland and uniquely
applied these Old World techniques to a New World setting. This Canadian
pioneering work was recognized with the prestigious Premier's Award
for Agri-Food Innovation. Come in and taste the resulting elegant whites
and big bold reds.

Take a moment, and take one sip. A simple moment in time, to enjoy
some very un-simple wines. Experience an intimate glimpse into the art
of the ever particular winemaker. Wines are truly crafted. Never a set
recipe. Each GreenLane Estate Winery vintage is a unique piece of art.
A trip to the winery or entry into The GreenLane Society is the best way
to access these bottles. Come share a moment at GreenLane Estate Winery.

Five generations of the Mowat family have farmed in Niagara; the last
two are responsible for Harbour Estates, which has been growing grapes
and making wine since 1999. Ken Mowat makes a wide range of affordable
wines, with notable success for Riesling, Pinot Gris, a white blend called
Sunrise and a red blend called Midnight. The winery backs onto the
waterfront of Jordan Harbour. A new 7,000-sq.-ft. addition is scheduled
to open summer 2017 (check website for details).
