BIG HEAD WINES

Between the Lines Winery is owned by two brothers, Greg and Yannick
Wertsch. These young grape-growers-turned-vintners opened their
doors five years ago. Today, the winery is considered one of the most
exciting new properties in Niagara-on-the-Lake, with a style of wine all
its own. Offering fresh, fruit-forward wines crafted for everyday meals
and occasions, this winery also hosts the Origin Sparkling wine in a can.

This is the first proprietary label under award-winning winemaker
Andrzej Lipinski and family. Previously operating as a "virtual winery"
in Beamsville; this summer marks the family's second season in their
own facility in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Focusing on wild fermentation and
the Appassimento winemaking method (kiln drying of the grapes),
Big Head Wines is producing small-batch artisanal wines.

CAROLINE CELLARS

CATTAIL CREEK ESTATE WINERY

The Lakeit family - with a half-century of farming history behind them -
opened Caroline Cellars in 2002. Focusing on fresh and approachable
wines made by Rick Lakeit, the award-winning portfolio includes both
white and red varietals, a small selection of fruit wine and critically
acclaimed and awarded Icewine. The Farmhouse Café is open for lunch
year-round and focuses on relaxed Wine Country fare.

The story of Cattail Creek goes back to 1957 when their grandfather planted
his first vineyard. Since then, three generations have tended those
vines and in 2006 they started their own winery. Every year, they handselect the grapes that will become their wines. Stop by and enjoy the
tranquility of their vineyards with a Picnic in the Vineyard offered from
Victoria Day Weekend to Thanksgiving Weekend.

CHÂTEAU DES CHARMES

COLANERI ESTATE WINERY

This family estate winery is set among 35 hectares of pristine vines
in the St. David's Bench. Founded in 1978 by Canadian wine-industry
visionary Paul Bosc, the winery continues to innovate with pioneering
viticulture research. Wines ranging from well-structured single-vineyard
wines to bold reds built for aging are crafted by Amélie Boury from grapes
grown on the winery's own farms using sustainable farming techniques.

Colaneri is a family-owned winery that hand-harvests grapes to produce
premium VQA award-winning wines from its surrounding vineyards.
Most of the red, white and dessert wines are made in the traditional Italian
Appassimento method of drying grapes. The large portfolio of wines
include Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto styles. Their Romanesque style
winery features a piazza in front with a panoramic view of the vineyard
and Escarpment.
