ICE HOUSE WINERY (THE)

Frogpond Farm offers a window into the world of organic winemaking.
Natural balances build stronger vines that thrive without chemical
pesticides or herbicides. In 2001, it became Ontario's first winery to
produce certified organic wines. Winemaker Jens Gemmrich focuses
on a range of solid, traditionally styled wines. Come picnic beside the
frog pond and explore on a self-guided tour.

INNISKILLIN NIAGARA ESTATE WINES

In 2010, the Icel family purchased 60 acres of fallow land that was
formally an old peach orchard. The family planted 90% red grapes in
the vineyard, which enjoys one of the warmest growing seasons in
Niagara. The family-owned and -operated winery focuses on powerful
dry reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends.
Visit the boutique winery to taste small-lot, hand-crafted premium wines
from 100% estate-grown fruit.

Canada's premier estate winery is open year-round for tours and tastings
of exclusive Icewines and premium table wines, crafted by winemaker
Bruce Nicholson. Visit the historic Brae Burn Barn for sampling and shopping,
and the Founders' Hall culinary centre. Seasonally, our outdoor
Market Grill on The Piazza is the scenic setting to enjoy casual dining
and a glass of our finest.

Visit and tour year-round at this state-of-the-art winery while also
enjoying wine and culinary experiences. The summer concert series
features top Canadian talent in the intimate open-air amphitheatre. Sip a
glass of VQA wine crafted by Marco Piccoli in the Entourage Room
overlooking the vineyards. At Jackson-Triggs, "We've got a wine for that."

Established in 1996, Joseph's Estate Wines has been committed to
making premium VQA wines. Founder Dr. Joseph Pohorly was a pioneer
of Icewine in the 1980s and the winemaking team continues to produce
multi-award-winning Icewines. The winemaker crafts fruit-forward,
palate-pleasing wines from a wide variety of vinifera grapes. You will find
many interesting varietals at Joseph's that are rare gems in the industry.
