PALATINE HILLS ESTATE WINERY
More than 30 years ago, owners John and Barbara Neufeld saw the
immense potential of their 95-hectare Niagara Lakeshore property.
Situated in the fruit belt, the vineyard first grew grapes for consumption
before the family turned its focus to winemaking. Today, Palatine Hills
Estate Winery is truly a family affair, with two generations of Neufelds
sharing their passion for winemaking and continuing to produce
award-winning wines enjoyed by many.

RESTAURANT
Experience wine country at the ultimate wine and food lover's playground
with tours and seminars throughout the day, including Niagara's only
igloo-like lounge where you'll don a Peller Estates parka and taste Icewine
at -10°C. Partake in a barrel cellar dinner, fine dining in the Winery

PONDVIEW ESTATE WINERY

Family owned and operated by three generations of the Pillitteri family
since 1993, it has become the largest estate producer of Icewine and
continues to receive worldwide recognition for wine quality with over
900 awards. Winemaker Aleksandar Kolundzic crafts fresh Pinot Grigio
and Gewürztraminer, as well as age-worthy Cabernet and Merlot.
Don't miss the barrel cellar, which showcases suspended, stainless steel
chairs and a monolithic concrete table.

Former Grape King Lou Puglisi and his family have grown grapes in the
heart of Wine Country since 1974. Sample award-winning Cabernets
and refreshing whites such as Pinot Grigio. Discover why their Icewine
was voted Best Sweet Wine in North America (Decanter Asia). Relax
with a glass of wine on the vineyard patio, or experience a VIP Barrel
Room tasting (available seasonally).

RANCOURT WINERY

RAVINE VINEYARD

This boutique winery is nestled in a quaint vineyard just off of Niagara
Stone Road. The winery produces small batches of high-quality wine
from hand-harvested vineyards. Blends include Meritage, Noble Blanc
and Noble Rouge. Rancourt Winery embraces both Old World tradition
and New World innovation in hand-crafting each wine. The property also
offers an adjoining bed and breakfast.

Ravine is a biodynamically farmed, certified organic vineyard on the
historic Upper Lowrey Farm. Martin Werner hand-crafts small-batch
wines with a focus on Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay. The winery
is fronted by the House of Nations (circa 1802) and the Packing Shed
features the Ravine Winery Restaurant, where Chef Ross Midgley
selects ingredients from our onsite organic garden to highlight the
bounty of Niagara.
