A unique focus on quality, sustainability and design permeate the Stratus
vineyard and enable winemaker J-L Groux to consistently craft
benchmark blends Stratus Red and Stratus White, along with a unique
range of single-varietal, small-lot wines and Icewine. Dramatic and
innovative, Stratus invites guests to explore these wines through themed
events, daily tours, and comprehensive "tasting flights" in their stylish
tasting room.

A sprawling former fruit cannery was transformed in 1997 into a winery
and culinary centre that offers visitors in-depth tasting experiences,
hands-on recreational classes at the Wine Country Cooking School and
casual fine dining at OLiV restaurant. Wines include structured, age-worthy
Bordeaux-style reds, elegant barrel-fermented Chardonnays, refreshing
aromatic whites, and long-lived Icewines, all made by Marc Bradshaw.

Founded in 1993, Sunnybrook is Canada's original fruit winery and the
only in Niagara that specializes in producing wines exclusively from
tree-fruits and berries crafted by Antonella Presta. Cider lovers will also
enjoy award-winning hard ciders made from special blends of locally

Trius Winery offers an extensive collection of terroir-driven wines made
