Over the past nine years since we opened Between The Lines, our process
has been perfected through experimenting with various techniques and
exploring inventive winemaking methods led by our Winemakers Greg
and Yannick Wertsch. The result is a distinguished portfolio of wines that
possess a precise flavour and appeal to new wine drinkers and the most
seasoned palates. It all happens here in the Big Red Barn on our stunning
property in NOTL. Our modern-rustic space houses our cellar and acts as
both a tasting room and our clubhouse. Stop by and see for yourself; come
tour the grounds as we share all we know about winemaking with you.

Big Head is the first proprietary label under the award-winning Winemaker Andrzej Lipinski and family. Focusing on wild fermentation and the
Appassimento winemaking method (drying of the grapes) they produce
small-batch, high-quality premium wines with uncompromising attention
to detail. Enjoy the "Big" or "Biggest" sommelier-led tasting session for a
truly unique experience.

The Lakeit family - with a half-century of farming history behind them -
opened Caroline Cellars in 2002. Focusing on fresh and approachable
wines made by Rick Lakeit and Assistant Winemaker Victor Blaney, the
award-winning portfolio includes both white and red varietals, a small
selection of fruit wine and critically acclaimed and awarded Icewine.
The Farmhouse Café is open for lunch year-round and focuses on relaxed
Wine Country fare.

This family estate winery is set among 35 hectares of pristine vines
in the St. David's Bench. Founded in 1978 by Canadian wine-industry
visionary Paul Bosc, the winery continues to innovate with pioneering
viticulture research. Wines ranging from well-structured single-vineyard
wines to bold reds built for aging are crafted by Amélie Boury from grapes
grown on the winery's own farms using sustainable farming techniques.

COLANERI ESTATE WINERY

COYOTE'S RUN ESTATE WINERY

Colaneri is a family-owned winery that hand-harvests grapes to produce
premium VQA award-winning wines from its surrounding vineyards.
Most of the red, white and dessert wines are made in the traditional Italian
Appassimento method of drying grapes. The large portfolio of wines
include Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto styles. Their Romanesque-style
winery features a piazza in front with a panoramic view of the vineyard
and Escarpment.

Situated in a warm microclimate just below the St. David's Bench,
Coyote's Run is known for producing quality wines that reflect the unique
terroir of their Red and Black Paw Vineyards. With an emphasis on
quality and complexity, they focus on crafting balanced wines made
from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon,
among others. Enjoy wine by the glass on their outdoor patio and
seasonal events in their vineyard pavilion.
