then you understand quality
of craftsmanship.
That's only starting to come
to cannabis now, and we're only
starting to benefit from it.
I don't want to be CPG
(consumer packaged goods). CPG
is for Walmart and Target.
I'm trying to be Fifth Avenue.
Where's that premium shelf of
awesome cannabis?
Bud Light is the most popular
beer, but that doesn't mean that
on a special occasion-weddings,
birthdays, holidays-that you
don't go out and get a nice bottle
of craft beer.
That's where I'd like to play.
We partnered with a caregiver
in Michigan and helped them
transition the caregiver model to
a recreational license.
We brought really solid SOPs
(standard operating procedures)
to the table and helped our
partner transition from 80 plants
to 1,500 plants in under a year in
a small facility.
Mentoring is a two-way street:
We learned from them, and we
imparted some of our wisdom.
And then, we came up with a
great system that allowed them
to fully blossom and transition
into this adult-use licensed
facility.
Everyone was warning me
about partnering with the
caregiver model. But you know,
we really did it the right way.

Back in 2021, I created a company
that manages all of the assets of
the holdings company, or (The
People's) Ecosystem.
By being in a managementcompany
format, it has freed us
to create value and revenue in
multiple streams as we manage
other people's assets: We have
revenue streams from white
labeling, we have revenue streams
from our own product line and,
hopefully in six to 12 months,
we'll have revenue streams from
actual supply chains.
It's creating revenue while we're
waiting for brick-and-mortar to
happen.
