First work-related reality check? When I was an intern, my mentor was like, 'Today you are presenting to the client.' I remember the rush of that moment. A true sink or swim reality check. Personal style? Future -forward construction with handmade artful details. Most memorable project: Working with the Chase Center on the [Golden State] Warriors arena in San Francisco. My favorite memory was knowing that I gave the city that I love a place to enjoy. I remember attending a Warriors game and seeing all the excited faces when they walked through the lobby and all the clubs. That is why I design. Career advice for up-and-coming designers?
