Known as Huayi Brothers Movie Town, the
filmmaking facility in Jinan, China, has a builtup
area of more than 27,000 square meters. To
raise its profile, the movie town illuminated its iconic city
tower using 17 Christie D20WU-HS and D13WU2-HS laser
projectors. They were installed and commissioned by Wincomn
Technology,
which also
served as GC
of the huge project,
which delivers
a multi-sensory
viewing
experience.
As the
Columbus
Area
Bicentennial
Commission
looked for ways
to celebrate
200 years in
Bartholomew
County, Ind., they turned to Blockhouse Studios to create
an immersive light projection show. Leveraging seven Epson
Pro Series laser projectors for mapping, Blockhouse Studios
created an intricate and detailed historical story with
almost 3D looking images that appeared to spill out of the
building's windows.

Series ZU1700, ZU1900
and ZU2200 WUXGA laser
projectors that can assist in
taking on large-venue video
projects. The DuraCore laser family projectors feature 4K HDR,
pure engine video processing and color matching. Plus, they
have Optoma's Visual Suite software, along with an integrated
camera, creating seamless setups with automatic image adjustments,
warping and calibration.

Aspect ratio of new Severtson
Screens projection screens employed
- 16:10 aspect 26.5 x 16.5-foot
models - to upgrade from old 4:3 16 x 12-foot screens in this
recent resimercial project at North Phoenix Baptist Church in
Arizona. To serve seating capacity of around 4,000, the production
director enlisted a 21,000-lumens Panasonic projector
beaming onto the Severtson Deluxe SAT-4K screen surfaces.

technology, enabling it to be an industry-leading provider of
calibration for color, intensity and geometry of images from
multiple projectors. Its latest innovation is Scalable Atlas,
an automatic camera-based projector mapping software
designed to seamlessly align multiple images on complex
objects or surfaces.

and LG Canada on
this project, said to be the largest installed hospitality dvLED
wall in Canada, at the Westin Bear Mountain Resort. Initially to
be much smaller, according to Peerless-AV, with 5-star aspirations
hotel brass opted for an
LG dvLED system running the
length of the ballroom wall, 63
x 9 feet (W x H); Peerless-AV's
Seamless Bespoke mounting
system serves as the display
backbone.
