The median percentage of projects with wellness technology
included over the past 12 months was 8%, much lower than
dealers anticipated during the midst of the pandemic. In fact,
dealers are only installing slightly more wellness tech than
they did prior to COVID-19.
CE pros expect a median of 15.5% of their projects over the
next 12 months will include a wellness element; that is nearly
double the current rate. In last year's survey, fielded in the
midst of the pandemic shutdowns, more than one-third of
dealers (36%) believed that more than half their projects
would include wellness. This year, only one-in-five dealers
(21%) think that will be the case.

category. The percentage of customers
who have a good understanding of wellness-related
technology is only 1% higher
