Bravas Bolsters Philadelphia
Branch with AV Environments
BRAVAS, THE NATIONAL ROLLUP of premier custom
integrators, continues to increase its national reach, with
the company's latest addition strengthening its support for
customers in the greater Philadelphia region.
The integration firm recently announced it is expanding its
Bravas Philadelphia location with the merging of Bob Turgeon
and his Newtown Square, Pa.-based AV Environments team
to expand the company's efforts in that major metropolitan
market. That includes southern New Jersey, where Bravas
Philadelphia makes its base in Cherry Hill.

Based in Overland, Kan.,
with locations in 15 states, Bravas ranked No. 7 in the latest
CE Pro 100. The company has added presences with a new
opening in Austin, Texas; and made similarly keen M&A moves
in Denver (Residential Systems Inc.) and San Francisco (Twilight
Solutions). Turgeon will be running a large part of the sales
function at Bravas Philadelphia, working for general manager
Gilbert and assistant GM Winsky.
CEDIA to Offer 'Grow
with Google' Courses
CEDIA ANNOUNCED it is offering prospective and current
members free access to " Grow with Google " courses in a range
of subjects to complement its industry-leading curriculum.
Accessed via CEDIA Academy online, the curated collection
of courses from Google explores topics such as the " Fundamentals
of Online Marketing, " " Design Thinking for the Entrepreneur, "
" Attract More Customers Online Using Digital Tools
and the Black-Owned Business Attribute, " and more.
The first 10 topics were posted in May, and new topics will
be posted at the beginning of each month following.
