Business Leadership Change
EXERTIS ANNOUNCED that Kevin Kelly is stepping down as
president and CEO of Exertis North America, effective June 30.
Exertis North America chief commercial officer John Dunne
will become managing director of the North American business,
effective July 1, according to Clive Fitzharris, managing director
of Exertis International. Dunne was managing director of the
Exertis business in Ireland for 10 years prior to moving to North
America as chief commercial officer for Exertis in 2019.
" Through his leadership, determination and hard work, Kevin
built Stampede, the company he joined in 2001 and purchased
in 2004, into one of the largest and most successful specialist pro AV business in the world, which he then sold to the
DCC Technology Group in 2018, " said Fitzharris. " Since then,
Kevin has worked with us to further expand the company's
leadership position with the launch of the Mobile Living and
Enterprise business units and the acquisition of JB&A, the
largest specialist distributor of broadcast and post-production
solutions in North America. "

ADT announced a number
of changes to its executive
leadership following the retirement of Jim Boyce, president and chief business
development officer. Boyce
plans to retire effective May
31, 2021 but will work as a
consultant and continue to
advise president and CEO
Jim DeVries.
With Boyce's retirement,
Jeff Likosar has been
named chief financial officer
and president of corporate
development, in addition
to his responsibilities as
CFO. Supporting Likosar
will be company veteran
Ken Porpora, who has been
promoted to executive vice
president of finance.
ADT named Keith Holmes
executive vice president
and chief revenue officer.
Holmes comes to ADT from
Cox Communications, where
he served most recently as
the executive vice president,
head of Cox Business.
Don Young, who was
serving as the company's
chief information officer
and executive VP of field
operations, has been named
executive vice president
and chief operating officer.
ADT also hired Jill Greer
as senior vice president of
finance, investor relations
and communications.
