Steve Riley as director of
global professional services.
Riley joins PSNI with more than
25 years of systems integration
experience. Joining the senior
management team at PSNI,
Riley will develop and

and service deliverable
program for the alliance by
leveraging the talent and
knowledge available from
PSNI Certifi ed Solution
Providers (CSPs) and partners
worldwide to expand
synergies across the network.
Hall Technologies Appoints
Consultant Liaison
Wayne
Childs, CTS
Hall Technologies,
the
Coppell,
Texas-based
end-to-end
video-distribution
provider, has announced
a broadened strategic focus
to provide specific support to
the consultants, architects
and design-engineering firms
that specify Hall Technologies
products. Wayne Childs, CTS,
will step into a newly created
role as consultant liaison for
Hall Technologies. With more
than 10 years' experience at
the company, and with more
than 20 years in the AV
industry, Childs brings
expertise in total system
design and project management.
What's more, according

Kramer Taps Vice President
of North America Sales
Jesse
Gadon
Kramer, the Tel
Aviv, Israel-based
audiovisual
experience
provider, has
appointed Jesse
Gadon as vice president of
North America sales. Gadon will
accelerate and scale up
Kramer's market penetration
and brand recognition
throughout the region.
During his more than 10 years
at Kramer, Gadon served as director
of global sales operations,
before most recently holding
the position of chief of staff and
head of business operations.
ACT Entertainment Brings
Back Regional Sales Team
Member
James Suit has
rejoined Jackson,
Miss.-based ACT
Entertainment's
regional sales
team for the New York City
metro area. Previously, he
served as northeast regional
sales manager for the brands
distributed by ACT.
" We're very excited to have
James back onboard and to
take advantage of the expertise,
values and skills that make
him such a good fi t for the
ACT team, " Doug Mekanik,
ACT Entertainment director of
sales, says.
Suit began his professional
career in 2005 when he joined
4WALL in New Jersey as a moving
light tech. He spent seven
years in systems integration
and sales for Starlite Productions
in Moorestown, N.J. He
later moved to Ushio America,

where he served as regional
sales manager for entertainment.
While there, he covered
the eastern U.S. for the lighting
manufacturer and distributor.
PPDS Builds Out Nordics,
Benelux Regional
Business Cluster
Roeland
Scholten
Mikael da
Fonseca
Peter Vinke
PPDS has created
its third regional
business cluster
in Europe,
combining the
strengths of its
Nordics and
Benelux teams to
facilitate new and
enhanced growth
opportunities. As
part of the new
structure,
Roeland Scholten
has been
promoted to the
newly created position of sales
director BNL and Nordics.
Further building on PPDS'
global business strength,
Mikael da Fonseca has been
promoted to international key
account director for hospitality.
He previously served as
sales director for the Nordics
at PPDS. Based in Stockholm,
da Fonseca joins Simone
Gagliardi, Frank Trossen and
Valeriia Polovkova on the
international key account
management team, as Peter
Vinke prepares for retirement
in September.
Hailed internally as the
" Philips Godfather, " Vinke's
career and association with
the Philips brand spans more
than 30 years. He is a hugely
successful and popular fi gure
within PPDS and industrywide,
the company reports.
He successfully positioned
Philips professional displays
within the global hospitality
sector, including all major
international hotel groups,
since 2005.
NSCA Announces 20222023
Board of Directors
Leadership
Ray Bailey
Cedar Rapids,
Iowa-based NSCA
announced the
election of new
NSCA executive
committee leadership. The election
produced a new president
and a new offi cer for the NSCA
Board of Directors for 20222023.
NSCA is a not-for-profi t
association representing the
commercial integration industry.
Ray Bailey, president of Lone
Star Communications and
former NSCA vice president,
became NSCA Board of Directors
president on July 1.
" NSCA became important to
my business from the very fi rst
day I started Lone Star, " Bailey
declares. " The Essentials Library,
[now online,] was absolutely essential
for us. Since then, through
NSCA, I've had people I could
share with and talk to about the
industry and running a business.
I could ask, 'What is your advice
on how to do this?' Everyone
was open and willing to share.
And that's the way I have become
over the years, as well. "
Bailey succeeds Michael
Boettcher, former CEO and
executive director of New Era
Technology.
Dan Schmidtendorff ,
president and CEO of Communication
Company and
current NSCA treasurer, will
become NSCA vice president.
Dale Bottcher, executive vice
president of global sales and
marketing with AVI-SPL, will become
NSCA secretary. Current
Board of Directors member
Christina DeBono, president
of ClearTech Media, will now
serve as NSCA treasurer.
