Dining Room
The concept strategy was to build a dedicated IL kitchen adjacent to
the production kitchen in order to share support such as dishwashing,
refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage. An exhibition kitchen is the
centerpiece of the dining room appointment with glass mosaic tile and
wood accents. Buffet service was replaced by restaurant-style table service.

Debes - Lobby
Alma Nelson Debes has short-term rehabilitation, transitional care, and postacute
services. This facility needed a renovation to accommodate a changing
environment, allow staff to work efficiently and effectively, and provide
warmth and comfort to residents and staff. The design significantly improved
the atmosphere, functionality, and operational performance of the occupants.

Arbol Residences of
Santa Rosa

BEFORE
Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa initiated a renovation of the lobby area with
the goals of improving functionality, creating a hospitality atmosphere, and
enhancing the sense of arrival for individuals entering the building. This
was achieved by opening up the floor plan and transforming the lobby with
an entirely new reception area and multi-use bistro.
