experience, the team introduced a hospitality approach to assisted living
dining to align with Parker's own newly rebranded and fresh outlook.
Every design detail transforms this area into an enticing destination full
of life and light.

Paul's Run - Bistro
An original " let's upgrade the food line " goal evolved into a total
metamorphosis of the dining experience at Paul's Run. The CEO and
executive director commented that this renovation transformed the culture
and community. The bistro is now a major hub of socialization, not just
during mealtimes, and a major draw for prospective residents.

Phoebe Berks -
Lobby
Phoebe Ministries renovated
its lobby to create an open,
communal space supportive
of community life and
appealing to prospective
residents. The lobby now
provides a coffee shop,
library, reception, seating
areas, mail room, and living room. The space
has been transformed into a welcoming entry
where residents enjoy gathering.

Presbyterian Village
BEFORE
North Corrigan - Dining
To service a major expansion, the existing dining and pre-function venue
was partially demolished for an upscale renovation and addition. Dark,
imposing interiors were heightened with tall, beamed ceilings, capturing
daylight through clerestories and expansive glass connecting diners to
outdoor living and the adjacent pond-the perfect setting for community.
