Experience Mapping
Can Guide Healthcare
Planning and Design,
Monday, Oct. 25,

session will explore how
patient journey maps are
used within healthcare to
guide empathetic decisionmaking.
Using case studies,
presenters will describe
how data was layered
onto an experience map to
target customized goals for
facility design and process
improvement, as well as
share results from an inhouse
pilot study.
