Mexico City - Live/Work
Wellness Development
This proposed Live-Work Wellness Center lies
south of Mexico City as part of a greater Foster +
Partners master plan.
As a large, multi-phased development, the
project eventually functions as a comprehensive
wellness neighborhood. Included: a 144bed
acute care hospital, a medical specialty
building, apartment building for students and
staff, and a cultural research center. Features
include a multilevel healing garden providing
views of nature.
With an in-depth understanding of the
lifestyles and needs of the local population,
our new Live-Work Wellness Center will
contribute healing, living and cultural spaces
that will have a positive impact on the
community and surroundings.

Morristown Post Acute, Subacute Unit
Morristown Post Acute is a premiere nursing home in Morris County,
N.J. The recently remodeled subacute unit is a luxurious unit featuring
private and semi-private rooms with unparalleled service, care, and
amenities. This project focused on redefining a rehabilitation space from
institutional-like to a near hotel experience. The scope of work included a
brand new lobby, new dining areas, two new therapy gyms and new patient
corridors with private suites. Each area was meticulously designed to be
both functional and beautiful.
