compared to a year ago. Much of the world is
getting back to its new normal, and businesses
that may have been closed are ramping back
up again. Our industry is defi nitely active -
some reporting that they have never been this
busy during their entire careers. And then on
the other hand, there are many challenges
we are undergoing that we look forward to
overcoming as soon as possible. In this year's
survey, we asked you to tell us how a specifi c

in response to COVID in 2020 - maybe an
