management of Washington D.C.'s first B Corp Certified architecture
and design firm and speak to how this certification encouraged the
company to redefine success by championing the reprioritization
of community and the environment. Shove-Brown will also discuss
the importance of creating a compassionate workplace that fosters
communication and supports employee wellbeing. He will speak to
the difficult decisions he and his business partner faced during the
pandemic and how they overcame them. He will divulge how to make
