SOL UTIONS ABOVE LEFT The fi rst item the designer specifi ed was the porcelain slab because of its contrast and balance. It has gold, white and gray, as well as the richness of real marble - a perfect fi t for the Mediterranean home. ABOVE RIGHT When the shower was added late in the game, installing the tile correctly within the defi ned space presented a geometrical puzzle to solve. RIGHT During round two of the design, the clients fell in love with the black slipper tub. It brings contrast to the space but maintains warmth with its gold tub fi ller. LEFT The existing bathtub and shower drove the design from the beginning because the clients had intended to keep them, so Agapito selected materials that would bring a modern vibe into this Mediterranean bathroom.
