KBIS 2023 EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

think we can all agree that this past KBIS was an unforgettable experience,
with a record number of attendees, engaging events and more
learning sessions than ever before. Th ere were endless opportunities
for K&B professionals to connect and interact with one another. All of
this and more made the 2023 show in Las Vegas a great way to kick-off
NKBA's 60th anniversary celebration.
KBIS attendance was among the highest in the show's history, exceeding
more than 40,000 with 51% being fi rst-timers. Th e exhibitor snapshot
was just as impressive with nearly 400,000 net square feet featuring 500
total exhibitors, including 140 new and 148 international exhibitors. Th e
attendance numbers show that not only are those in the K&B industry
excited to attend KBIS, but that many architects, design-build fi rms, sales
professionals and new business owners are also looking to be part of our
preeminent showcase of design and innovation.
DCW, the co-location of KBIS and the International Builders' Show,
owned by the National Association of Home Builders, along with three
co-dated industry shows, the National Hardware Show, Th e International
Surfaces Event and the Las Vegas Winter Market, drew more than 200,000
attendees. A historical high, it was the largest-annual gathering of residential
construction and design industry professionals on record.
Of course, it would have been impossible to accomplish such a successful
KBIS without the help of our show production partner, Emerald; our on-site
build/design partner, Freeman; our many generous sponsors; and the NKBA
staff , who ensured everything ran smoothly. And I can't forget to mention our
amazing booth, which was a testament to how far we have come as a brand,
as an association and as the owner of KBIS.

KBIS 2024 will run Feb. 2729
in Las Vegas.
Everyone was happy to be together, to attend
our events and be a part of the amazing experience
- one that will drive momentum for our
industry throughout the year. And if bookings
for KBIS 2024 are an indicator, it will. To date,
the majority of the fl oor space has been booked
for next year's show, held from Feb. 27 to Feb. 29,
2024, in Las Vegas. However, if you are considering
