NEW CORPORATE PARTNERS

Welcoming NEWH's New Corporate Partners
Chapman Hospitality Lighting
Chapman started in the residential business in 1939, and three generations later Rosanne Regent launched
Chapman Hospitality Lighting in 1994. Today, the company's hospitality business dwarfs its residential
business as it provides custom lighting for guestrooms, bathrooms, and corridors of mid-high to luxury hotels
and is a preferred/strategic supplier to most of the well-known brands and ownership groups. Unlike other hospitality lighting companies, Chapman in
fact owns/manages three factories in China where 100 percent of the production is for Chapman.
In the early '90s, Rosanne became involved with NEWH at a time when the organization was still a platform primarily for women to collaborate and
make positive contributions to the industry. She has remained a loyal member and is thrilled to see the significant contributions NEWH makes to
education, scholarships, and diversity. Chapman Hospitality Lighting is a certified Woman Owned Business and is honored to be an NEWH Corporate
Partner to help continue the vision and mission of this great organization.

Fil Doux Textiles
Headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Fil Doux Textiles produces mill-direct, timeless, luxurious upholstery, Otratex, and Box
Socks for the hospitality, cruise, and contract industries. Founded over 80 years ago, the family-owned mills, led by thirdgeneration textile expert Leonardo Novik, pride themselves on a continued commitment to sustainability, touch, tradition,
and quality. All textiles, which are tariff and duty-free from Chile and Brazil, are produced at their fully vertical mills allowing
for customization and industry-dominant lead times-delivery in six weeks or less-on all woven fabrics, Otratex, Box Socks,
leather, and digital textile prints. Fil Doux Textiles is an industry disruptor, continually introducing game-changing, proprietary
products to the market, including the first-ever degradable vinyl alternative, Otratex - The Conscious Choice, and three powerful
protectants: Pro-Tech (ink and denim), Pro-Tech Plus (bleach cleanable), and Copper Shield by Pro-Tech (antimicrobial).
With the environment top-of-mind, Fil Doux Textiles upholds significant environmental standards, using wind and solar power, recycling dye water,
and reusing fabric for its packaging. The firm also partners with One Tree Planted to donate 1,000 trees to Brazilian rainforests for every 1,000 yards
of Otratex purchased.
" We are honored to be a NEWH Corporate Partner as it's the perfect platform for companies like ours to better serve the hospitality industry, " says
Leo Novik. " NEWH's mission to further educate those within this ever-changing, creative industry perfectly aligns with our own vision to continue
teaching others about green and sustainable products that leave a lower carbon footprint. We look forward to exploring new and innovative
opportunities together with NEWH while also lending a hand in the growth of the next generation of hospitality leaders. "

TLS FURNITURE
We can make that. A Women Owned Business Enterprise founded in 2004, TLS FURNITURE manufacturers U.S.
made custom and standard-line upholstery, pillows, and supplies; casegoods and tables including metal, stone,
wood; and other mixed media. TLS FURNITURE has supplied restaurants, multi-family, senior living, and mixed-use
projects, as well as leading hospitality brands, including Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and Westin, among others. Think
of your favorite design publication or place you go for inspired ideas and for great vignettes on which to riff. TLS
FURNITURE can turn your riff into reality.

F U R N I T U R E

Over the past seven years TLS FURNITURE has witnessed the power of industry collaboration at many NEWH events. From the start, the company
knew it wanted to become an NEWH Corporate Partner. TLS has benefited and learned from each event, especially enjoying the roundtable
conversations with other businesswomen sharing experiences and industry wisdom. Education is a value it shares with NEWH. TLS FURNITURE
provides internships and design competition sponsorships, in addition to extensive cross-training throughout the organization, focusing on
knowledge sharing and skills development. TLS FURNITURE is pleased that its partnership helps to provide scholarships and furthers the
development of the hospitality industry.
