We're always on the hunt for jobs
from every corner of the industry-marketing,
guiding, wilderness
therapy, sales, HR, retail,
etc.-from big and small brands
and companies, nonprofits, and
organizations. But our favorite
submissions and finds are from
brands that are being conscientious
about company culture from
an inclusive perspective. These are
companies that are executing plans
around DEI strategies, are paying
fair wages (and being transparent
about pay in their job listings), that
have employee resource groups to
support staff members from overburdened
communities such as
LGBTQ+ or the disabled, and that
have clear professional development
support systems in place.
We love to celebrate these
workplaces-and apparently so do
people who are looking for jobs.
