formerly SnapAV, is aiming to strengthen
its position as a source for locally available
custom integration products with the recent
launch of a new Snap One Local Partner
Store operated by AllNet in Marietta,
Ga., and grand openings in Hollywood,
Fla., Austin, Texas, and Nashville, Tenn.
The new stores bring the company's national
footprint to a total of 31 locations,
further expanding the company's comprehensive
network to allow partners in more
regions to procure on-demand products,
training and in-person customer service.

▶ KENILWORTH, N.J. - Diversified, based here, has acquired HB
Communications of North Haven, Conn., in a deal that will merge
two major A/V integration firms. Terms of the transaction were
not disclosed.
Although Diversified was founded in New Jersey and has been
organically cultivating business in the Northeast for years, the acquisition
grows the company's team in the region to better serve
the dynamic needs of its clients, according to the announcement.
HB's complementary solutions portfolio - including A/V, broadcast,
collaboration, creative services, digital signage and managed
services - is said to further enhance Diversified's comprehensive
offerings and provide needed support to address a growing and
changing marketplace.
The increased workforce presence in the Northeast positions Diversified
to provide more organizations with modern digital media, communications
as well as fulfill collaboration needs. HB's existing clientele will
have access to additional technology specialties such as security and IT,
plus professional resources on a global scale.

▶ LAS VEGAS - M2M Services recently debuted its hardwareas-a-service
(HaaS) business model centered around its alarm
communicators. The offering includes two futureproof communicators,
the MQ03-LTE-M-FIRE-AV and the MiNi-LTE-M-AV.
The MQ03-LTE-M-FIRE-AV commercial fire alarm communicator,
which won a 2021 ESX Innovation Award, has been praised for
its efficiency, exceptional coverage and affordable cost, according
to the company. The dual-SIM, dual-path radio is said to be
the only one of its kind on the market, supporting both AT&T and
Verizon.
The MiNi-LTE-M-AV, a 5G-ready residential alarm communicator,
won a SIA New Product Showcase Award this year. It also
supports both AT&T and Verizon in the same radio and the HaaS
business model. M2M says the no-cost device came as an answer
to the fact that capital expenditures appeared to be the main cost
that alarm companies incur during technology sunsets, such as
the upcoming 3G/CDMA one.

the U.S. alarm companies: a business model where we give you
the device for free, and subsequently, you only pay for the cellular
service. The device comes with a lifetime warranty and an option
for free upgrades in all network sunset events in the future " says
