We also know that creating a sense of belonging is vital to boosting motivation. Developing colleagues remotely has played a huge part in helping our people stay on track and continue progressing. Designing learning interventions so they can be delivered just as effectively online is one part of the equation, but a second element is empowering people to work and engage with other colleagues in order to learn from each other. This rationale is helping us to develop a coaching style of learning across the business. Our adoption of Restorative Practice also means we're able to have open and honest conversations and our new Connect4Leaders initiative is helping our leaders better manage and motivate their teams when they can't meet in-person.
