Tamarack Adds ASG Aerospace to Global Network of Authorized Service Centers
Tamarack Aerospace Group, Inc.
today announced the addition of
ASG Aerospace (ASG) of Miami,
Florida, to its network of Tamarack
Authorized Service Center
Partners. The maintenance, repair
and overhaul (MRO) center offers
sales and service of the Tamarack
Active Winglet System for the
Citation Jet 525, 525A and 525B series in all eight variants.
This new Authorized Service Center joins 12 others in the
United States, and seven in countries including Brazil, the
Channel Islands, Sweden, Serbia and the United Kingdom.
In addition to the now 20 Authorized Service Centers,
Tamarack has two Transformation Centers in Aiken, South
Carolina, and Oxford, England, respectively. Transformation
Centers and the Tamarack Headquarters in Sandpoint,
Idaho, are installing Active Winglet modifications and can
also service the installed technology.
Lilium Arrives at ATLAS
Flight Test Center in Spain
and Hires Chief Test Pilot
Lilium N.V. ( " Lilium " ) announced that one of its
5th generation technology demonstrators ( " PHX2 " )
has arrived at the ATLAS Flight Test Center in
Villacarrillo (Jaen), Spain, where Lilium plans to
continue its flight test campaign at higher speeds
and over longer distances, thereby expanding the
testing capabilities beyond Germany.
The campaign is bolstered by newly appointed Chief
Test Pilot Andrew Strachan, who brings with him over
30 years' experience as an aircraft test pilot. Prior to
joining Lilium, Strachan served in the Royal Air Force
(RAF) then had a successful career as a test pilot and
later chief test pilot at Leonardo Helicopters. He brings
an extraordinary amount of experience, having flown
multiple types of aircraft throughout the full range of
test flying activities.
Lilium analyzed multiple potential locations in
Spain for key test conditions including land topology,
weather and facilities before confirming ATLAS, which
provides optimal infrastructure and enables the aircraft
to fly over a large, unpopulated area while transitioning
fully into high-speed wing-borne flight. The
modern facilities and support from CATEC (Center for
Advanced Aerospace Technologies) has been instrumental
in setting Lilium up for a successful flight test
campaign.

MHIRJ Expands MRO Network with
New Facility in Macon, Georgia
MHI RJ Aviation Group (MHIRJ) announced that it is expanding its maintenance,
repair and overhaul (MRO) network with the opening of a new facility in Macon,
Georgia. The new facility will
be located at the Middle
Georgia Regional Airport
and is part of MHIRJ's
growing footprint in North
America servicing the CRJ
Series fleet.
The lease has been signed
for two additional lines of
maintenance, with the potential
to grow that number to
four, which would bring the
total up to 40 lines of maintenance
within the MHIRJ network. With facilities in Macon, Georgia; Bridgeport,
West Virginia; and Tucson, Arizona, MHIRJ is the world's largest regional MRO.

MHIRJ's position as the largest regional MRO in the world and it allows us to provide
better service for our customers, " said Hiro Yamamoto, president and CEO of MHIRJ.
" We have experienced phenomenal growth in our business and are in the middle of
a strategic expansion plan of our MRO infrastructure in the United States. The new
Macon facility is MHIRJ's first investment in the state of Georgia and will allow us
to expand our business and bring our operations closer to some of our key customers, "

The new facility will add around 200 jobs in the local community at full capacity,
for which MHIRJ will kickstart the hiring efforts immediately.
