Toledo-Lucas County Port
Authority Appoints Timothy O'Donnell
as Airport Director
The Toledo-Lucas County Port
Authority has named Timothy
O'Donnell as airport director for
Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express
Airport and Toledo Executive
Airport. As a member of the Port
Authority executive leadership team,
O'Donnell will oversee development of the airports
and associated facilities, including capital improvement
and maintenance programs. He will also work closely
with the airports' fixed-base operators and the Ohio
Air National Guard.
" I am very excited and humbled to join the ToledoLucas
County Port Authority team, " said O'Donnell.
" I look forward to working with this team of dedicated
professionals in maximizing the potential for both
the Eugene F Kranz Toledo Express Airport and the

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport
Appoints Jacob Simpson as Assistant Director
of Operations & Maintenance
Bozeman Yellowstone International
Airport (BZN) has named Jacob Simpson
as assistant director of operations &
maintenance. In this role, he will direct
the operations and maintenance for
BZN. Simpson will serve as the subject
matter and technical expert on airport
operations, responsible for the execution of the airport's
emergency plan. He will also work with operations and
aircraft rescue and firefighting teams to plan emergency
drills for the airport.
" I am very excited to join the team at Bozeman
Yellowstone International Airport in the role of assistant
director of operations and maintenance, " said Simpson.
" I look forward to creating new relationships and being
a part of a growing and successful airport in the heart
of Montana. "
Simpson earned his bachelor's degree in aviation management
from the University of Alaska. He is a Certified
Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport
Executives.

James Kesler Named Ontario International
Airport Chief Operations Officer
Ontario International Airport (ONT)
announced the appointment of James
Kesler as chief operations officer, a position
intended to strengthen the airport's
strategic and business development initiatives,
revenue generation endeavors and
innovation efforts.

chief executive officer of the Ontario International Airport
Authority (OIAA). " James's experience and depth of knowledge

transfer to local ownership and his ongoing work will be
vital to Ontario International's position as an economic
driver for Southern California as we move forward. "

City of San Jose Aviation Department Appoints
Rosalyn Bond as Deputy Director
of Operations
The city of San José Aviation Department
has named Rosalyn Bond as deputy
director of operations for the Norman
Y. Mineta San José International Airport
(SJC). As a member of the airport's executive
management team, she will oversee
and manage airside operations, landside
operations, terminal operations, security operations, and
emergency management. She began her position on July
10, 2022. Bond has worked for SJC for more than 23
years, serving as the interim deputy director of operations
for the past several months. She began her career at SJC
as an airport noise intern and most recently was airside
operations manager.
" SJC truly is an amazing place to work and such a collaborative
environment where we all join together to solve
any problem we encounter, " said Bond. " The past few years
have been hard on us all, but we've all worked together
through so many changes over the years, and I'm happy
and excited to move up and play a bigger part in SJC's
ongoing success. "
