JFK Millennium Partners Appoints
Helena Williams to Lead Terminal

Vantage-led JFK Millennium Partners
(JMP) announced Helena Williams has
been appointed project executive and chief
executive officer (CEO) of the team selected
Sonoma County and ForeFront Power Complete
963 kW Solar Energy Portfolio
The County of Sonoma has partnered with ForeFront
Power to build a 963 kilowatt (kW) solar energy portfolio
at Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS), as
well as at the Sonoma County Fleet Operations Building
in Santa Rosa. Through a 5-year collaboration with the
county, ForeFront Power installed an 884 kW solar canopy
in the airport parking lot and a 79 kW rooftop solar array
at the fleet building. The county selected ForeFront Power
to develop, finance and construct the solar energy portfolio
through a power purchase agreement. Combined, the
systems will generate over 1,495,500 kilowatt-hours of
renewable energy per year, offsetting 1,060 metric tons of
CO2 emissions. PG&E's Net Energy Metering provision
allows the airport to " bank " any excess energy produced
by the system during periods of extended sunshine. The
airport can then tap these banked excess energy credits
at night or on cloudy days, or whenever daily electricity
demand exceeds the production by its solar energy system.

AECOM Appoints Dwight H. Pullen Jr. to

firm, has appointed Dwight
H. Pullen, Jr., an aviation industry
veteran, to lead its North American
aviation practice. Pullen recently
joined the global transportation
design firm as a senior vice president.
With more than 25 years'
experience driving strategic growth
within the aviation infrastructure
market, Pullen will leverage his
focus on airport facilities' development, airport operational
excellence and client engagement to extend the
growth of AECOM's aviation business in the United
States, Canada and Latin America. A civil engineer,
Pullen has held program management and executive
positions for both private and public engineering and
construction firms.

the redevelopment of a new world-class, multi-billion-dollar
international Terminal 6 at John F. Kennedy International
Airport (JFK). JMP, composed of Vantage Airport Group,
American Triple I Partners (ATI) and RXR, has partnered
with terminal airline sponsor, JetBlue Airways, to finance,
develop and operate the new 1.2 million-square-foot, 10-gate
terminal, built on the site of the former Terminal 6, in partnership
with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
This state-of-the-art international terminal will anchor the
north side of the airport and help transform JFK into a modern,
21st Century global gateway, under the leadership of New
York Gov. Kathy Hochul.

Southern Sky Aviation Welcomes Guests with
Remodeled Facility & Runway
Southern Sky Aviation - the sole FBO at Trent Lott
International Airport (PQL) of Pascagoula, Mississippi -
is excited to welcome traffic as its runway reopens. When
the company moved onto the field in 2021, the runway
was under construction and closed to aircraft over 50 feet.
Since adding approximately 4 inches of surface asphalt
to the 6,500-foot-by-150-foot runway, Southern Sky
Aviation can now welcome aircraft up to a Gulfstream or
any Global, in addition to military aircraft up to a C-130.
The official ratings allow the runway to accommodate
any single-wheel aircraft, double-wheel aircraft up to
196,000 pounds and double-wheel dual-axle aircraft up to
315,000 pounds. While the runway was under construction,
Southern Sky Aviation took the opportunity to upgrade
its FBO facilities. This entailed making improvements to
the existing 4,300-square-foot terminal building, including
new branding, furniture, paint and lighting throughout the
lobby, pilot's lounge and restrooms for a fresh aesthetic and
comfortable atmosphere.
