The City of Fayetteville Announces New Airport
Director
Toney Coleman was named director of the Fayetteville
Regional Airport. He has served the city since 1993 as
the airport deputy director.
As airport director, Coleman will continue
to focus on the Phase I and II Terminal
renovat ions, tota l ing more than $53
million and securing new f lights for airport
customers.
Coleman graduated from Winston-Salem
State University with a bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, a master's degree
in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University and a doctoral degree
in Business Administration from Northcentral University.
He is also rated as a fixed wing pilot and is an accredited
member (A.A.E.) of the American Association of Airport
Executives.

ADB Safegate Provides New Digital Asset
Tracking, Inspection and Service Tool at ATL
ADB Safegate was contracted by Brooks Berry Haynie
& Associates (BBH) of Atlanta to provide its Airside
Location-based Inspection and Service (ALIS) solution
at Hartf ield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
(ATL) allowing the airport to inspect, validate and track
maintenance data on approximately 17,000 airside assets.
ALIS will provide full visibility of when assets were
last maintained and their current status to improve
operational availability and safety. The agreement also
includes a Photometric Airfield Calibration (PAC) System
accompanied by a 12 month service-level agreement.

Sheltair Appoints Todd Anderson as Chief
Operating Officer
Todd Anderson was named chief operating officer of
Sheltair. A seasoned 20-year veteran of the company,
Anderson previously served as senior vice
president of real estate and development. He
will now oversee the day to day operations
at Sheltair while continuing to lead the
company's development programs.
A graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical
University with a Bachelor of Aviation
Business Administration and a Master of
Public Administration of the University of
Central Florida, Anderson has more than
38 years of aviation experience. He is also
an Accredited Airport Executive through the American
Association of Airport Executives since 1999 and has been
an active corporate member with the Florida Airports
Council since 1989.

Jet Aviation Opens New Hangar and FBO
Facility in Palm Beach
Jet Aviation announced its new hangar and FBO
complex at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI)
has gone operational. The facility extension features
a new 11,270 square-foot FBO terminal, a 42,000
square-foot hangar and a near-65,000 square-foot
ramp.
Designed to accommodate the newer generation,
large-body aircraft currently entering the market,
the company's new 42,000 square-foot hangar has a
hangar door clearance of 30 feet, a dedicated ramp
area of 64,188 square feet and approximately 10,000
square feet of dedicated office and storage space.
The new West Palm Beach FBO facility is situated
alongside a new Gulfstream maintenance facility
with which it shares over 9,000 square feet of the
passenger terminal on the first f loor.

Region's Top General Aviation Manager
Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Director of General
Aviation Cyrus Callum has been recognized
by the Federal Aviation Administration
(FA A) as the 2019 General Aviation
Manager of the Year for the Southern
Region.

the Southern Region. As General Aviation

Brisbane's New Runway Inaugurated with
Vintage Aircraft Sky Show
Brisbane Airport's new runway opened July 12, with a
celebration of Queensland's rich aviation history. Three
vintage aircraft the first to land, following a breath-taking
aerial acrobatics display above the airfield.
