ON Semiconductor's and
Quantenna's boards of directors and is expected to close
in the second half of 2019. No
approval of the stockholders of
ON Semiconductor is required
in connection with the proposed transaction.

body scanning unit
Rohde & Schwarz announced
March 27 that it has acquired
the body scanning technology unit of Camero-Tech, an
Israel-based provider of sensethrough-the-wall solutions
and body scanning applications as part of South Koreanbased conglomerate SK Group
(SK Holdings). R & S said the
addition will strengthen its
position in the security market by complementing its existing security scanner product lines. Correlating with
the Camero-Tech acquisition,
Rohde & Schwarz has founded
a new research & development
company named SeemPulse
Ltd.
