tractors, trailers, and other vehicles within a fleet.
The facility section offers information regarding
the size and structure of the fleet organization. The
person section provides a background on the history and experience of respondents themselves.

heavy duty vehicles, and more than a quarter (27 percent) advised they are best defined as an independent
repair or contract maintenance operation. And when
it comes to how they got into the business, two-thirds
(65 percent) of respondents started as a technician.
