What's new in products for more efficient fleet operation.
For on- and off-road
regional applications
The Continental HSR+
19.5" Regional AllPosition Tire is designed
for on/off-road regional applications where
traction is necessary in
combination with on-road
mileage. The tire features
a tread design for lateral stability, closed shoulder
tread pattern for even wear and reduced noise,
and scruff rib to protect against curbing, cuts, and
abrasions. The tire delivers high performance on
highway at speeds up to 87 mph under full load,
traveling up to 300 miles daily, and then under offroad conditions once they reach their destination.
The durable casings are warrantied for retreading.
Using a new cap/base tread compound, the tires
deliver a 15 percent improvement in cut-and-chip
performance, the company says.

Three layers for strength and efficiency
The Carrier Transicold TRU-Mount Solar
Charging System delivers 2.0A power delivery by
combining ultrapure silicon cells with a high-performance charge controller. The solar panel design
provides a custom fit on the narrow, curved top
surface of Carrier Transicold X4 and X2 series trailer refrigeration units and Vector 8000 and 6000
series units. The charge controller is integral to
the panel, which simplifies installation. The panel
uses three engineered layers to maximize strength
and efficiency. The light-trapping upper layer is
scratch-, impact- and weather-resistant. The middle layer is composed of uncut monocrystalline
cells that maximize output and minimize power
loss from intermittent shading. The copper bottom
layer serves as a heat sink that keeps the panel
cooler for greater efficiency.

Offers dual cable terminals
for extended coverage
The Prestolite Electric Leece-Neville IdlePro
Extreme 24V 275A Alternator is designed to
deliver ideal output at low engine speeds in a lighter
weight and lower maintenance package. The alternator has an operating temperature system range
from -40 to 257 degrees F, weighs 39 lbs, and has
dual cable terminals for extended coverage and
remote sense capability for reduced battery charge
time. It also features Isolated Ground Technology
to protect engines from electrolytic damage and
eliminates electrical noise that can cause ghost or
false engine codes. The alternator also features
eCoated heavy duty housing, an auxiliary draft
cooling design to control front bearing temperature,
and no core.

Features a tray system for easy cleaning
The Kenworth Medium Duty Floor Mats, No.
105 191, from Minimizer includes eight floor mat
kits, which fit the T270, T300, T370, T600, T800, and
W900. The floor mats are custom molded. For years
and specifications, Minimizer suggests using the
Floor Mat Selector on its website. The floor mats utilize a tray system to make cleaning easy by preventing liquids, spills, and other materials from escaping
the mat. The product is designed to be removed,
cleaned, and reinserted with ease, so the process
takes minutes, not hours, the company says.

No major assembly required
The Hot Shot's Secret Frantz Bypass Filter
System for Ford 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstroke
from Lubrication Specialties installs in five minutes and removes up to 96 percent of all wear particles from engine oil for improved engine protection,
engine life, and extended oil drain intervals, the
company says. By filtering a controlled percentage
of oil at a time, the system can filter oil as fine as 2
microns to keep oil consistently in a like-new state.
The system includes a Frantz filter, an oil filter cap,
an oil-fill cap, a gasket, and two quick-release premade stainless-steel braided hose lines.

Rated at 70,000 lbs

The ATRO Engineered Systems High
Temperature Product Line has expanded and
is designed to provide higher tensile strength,
improved vibration isolation, resistance to chemical
attack, and is able to withstand higher temperatures.
The improved formulation and expansion of the Red
High Temp urethane will be available for the company's Underhood and Undercab products. These
include cab mounts, motor mounts, engine mounts,
air cooler mounts, exhaust mounts, exhaust mount
bushings, radiator mounts, shock bushings, lateral
control sleeper rod bushings, and hood pins.

The Talbert Manufacturing 35-Ton Fixed Neck
Trailer, No. 35FG-BVTL, is a drop deck trailer for
small- to mid-size equipment machinery movers
operating in oil fields, agriculture, construction, and
demolition. The trailer is rated at 70,000 lbs and
features hydraulic ramps for safe, efficient loading and unloading in confined spaces. The overall
length is 48' (22' deck length) and is 8'6" wide. It
has an 84" swing radius and 18" kingpin setting
for increased maneuverability and versatility. The
gooseneck features two-speed landing gear with
standard sand shoes. The 36" sloping beavertail
features a 14.98-degree load angle coupled with
full-width plate with traction bars outside the main
beams for optimal rear loading.

Improved vibration isolation

Stabilizes fuel, lubricates, and cleans engines
The Fuel Ox OTR from Fuel Ox is a single-dose, all-season fuel additive packaged specifically to meet the needs of over-the-road drivers wanting greater fuel economy and reduced
emissions in their engine exhaust, the company says. It is a highly concentrated multi-functional fuel additive that stabilizes fuel, lubricates, and cleans engines, protecting against
corrosion and removes water. It's made from a proprietary, patented combustion catalyst
that lowers the ignition point of fuel to produce a complete burn during combustion cycle.
According to the company, it's improves fuel efficiency by 4 to 8 percent while also lowering
the amount of soot, particulates, and greenhouse gases emitted in the exhaust.
