Quickly de-ice air brake lines

For severe duty applications

The Milton Brake Releaser De-icer Turbo
Delivery System allows for the controlled use of a
de-icing solution, and is a safe and fast alternative
to the blow torch and hammer
approach, according to the
company. Created as a temporary "go-between"
from the
tractor
to the
trailer,
the Brake Releaser uses the trailer's own air supply to
deliver a powerful stream - dissolving ice crystals that
have built up in the truck's brake lines.

The Fontaine Fifth Wheel H7 was designed to
replace the H5092 and X5092 Series and combines
them into one fifth
wheel system.
The H7 features a cast
steel housing
and the Fontaine
No-Slack locking
system, a self-adjusting locking
mechanism. This allows
drivers to get a snug,
secure, and hassle-free connection as they move from
trailer to trailer. The design also reduces shock inputs
into the frame when braking and accelerating so drivers get a smoother ride and components last longer
for lower maintenance costs. The Fontaine H7 is rated
for up to a 70,000-lb vertical load, has a drawbar
pull rating up to 200,000 lbs, and the option of being
blocked (no-tilt) from the factory.

The Link Manufacturing ROI Cabmate SemiActive Cab Suspension features multiple sensors
and is constantly assessing environmental circumstances, while responding simultaneously. An accelerometer monitors the motion of the cab, while a
position sensor measures the position and velocity of
the cab relative to the frame. The system's electronic
control unit interprets the stream of information from
all sensors in real time, and responds by adjusting the
stiffness of shock absorbers and by filling or exhausting air from the system's air springs to optimize ride
stability and comfort. The cab suspension features
Link's Road-Optimized Innovation (ROI) technology to
produce a better overall ride regardless of road surfaces and atmospehic forces, such as wind sheer. The
system operates on less than 10W of power.

The Tiger Tool Severe Heavy Duty U-joint Service Kit,
No. 20160, provides the strength for disassembling even the
most seized U-joints in minutes on Dana/Spicer SPL 350 and
Meritor RPL 35 Series drivelines. The service kit includes the
Severe Heavy Duty U-Joint Puller and Bearing Cup Extractor.
Both are manufactured from high-grade steel for strength and
durability, eliminate dangerous vice-and-socket or hammering
methods, and reduce the risk of damage to driveshafts, yokes,
joints, and bearing cups. The U-joint puller slips over the yoke
of the driveline and pulls the U-joint to the maximum allowance,
enabling the extractor to take over. The extractor attaches to
the accessible portion of the bearing cup and pulls the bearing
cup until fully extracted.
