NAS Tanzania Operations
ISAGO Certified

National Aviation Services (NAS) has
received its first IATA Safety Audit for
Ground Operations (ISAGO) registration
in Tanzania for its operations at Dar es
Salaam and Kilimanjaro international
airports. NAS also received ISAGO registration for its Kuwait operations in 2008.
Faced with the global coronavirus
pandemic, when commercial flights were
suspended, NAS Dar Airco continued to
provide ground handling and cargo services to ensure food and medical supply
chains continued uninterrupted. The
company recently handled the first British Airways flight arriving in Tanzania
after the airline stopped operations in the
country around seven years ago. NAS Dar
Airco also handled the first international
commercial flight operated by Ethiopian
Airlines to arrive in the country recently,
after the lift of the restriction for international passenger flights.
Globally, NAS has a presence in more
than 45 airports, handling seven out of
the world's top 10 airlines and operating
more than 40 airport lounges across the
Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Meridian FBOs Receive
IS-BAH Registration

Meridian announced that it has received
recognition from the International
Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) for its Hayward (HWD)
and Teterboro (TEB) FBO facilities.
The IS-BAH standard was designed to

promote use of industry best practices
blended through a progressive Safety
Management System (SMS) for FBOs
and Business Aircraft Handling Agencies
(BAHA).
"We are proud to be recognized for
our continued commitment and conformance to these standards following the
audit process that resulted in an IBAC
certificate of registration for Hayward
as well as for our TEB FBO," said Carlos Rodriguez, HWD General Manager.
"Meridian has always adhered to the
highest standards and best practices, and
this latest industry certification underscores this commitment."

latest trends as well as the ability to measure overall department performance,"

WFS Reports Benefits of
Airport Pharma Facility
Investments

Worldwide Flight Services' (WFS) investment in 12 dedicated pharma facilities at
airports in Europe, the United States and
Africa generated significant increases in
time- and temperature-sensitive volumes
in the first five months of 2020, and will
provide vital support to airlines, freight
forwarders and their healthcare customers involved in the global distribution of
a coronavirus vaccine once one becomes
available.

Hinzmann Named CFO
and COO for Kruckeberg
Industries

Amy Hinzmann was
named CFO and
COO for Kruckeberg Industries
at its 2020 annual
board meeting last
quarter. Kruckeberg Industries is a holding company for a group of businesses
including Stinar Aviation Ground Service
Equipment, headquartered in Blooming
Prairie, Minn.
Hinzmann worked as a public accountant for the previous decade and most
recently served as assistant controller for
Minimizer, a heavy truck parts manufacturer formerly owned by Kruckeberg.
"Amy sees the benefit that Kruckeberg
Industries will be to both Blooming Prairie and our employees," said CEO Craig
Kruckeberg. "She believes in our vision
and I believe in her skill set for both
finance and operations. She is second to
none and one that I have been extremely
lucky to work with thus far in my life."
