Universal Chosen to Manage
VIP GAT at London's Northolt
Airport

Universal Aviation announced it is
expanding its presence in the United
Kingdom with the opening of Universal
Aviation UK - Northolt (RAF/EGWU),
which will officially begin operation Jan.
1, 2021. It is Universal Aviation's second
London-area ground handling location,
joining the network's Stansted FBO.
" Due to its close proximity to central
London - just 35 minutes by car to Hyde
Park - Northolt Airport can be a great
option for business aircraft operators, "
said Sean Raftery, managing director,
Universal Aviation UK and Ireland.

" Because it's a military airport, it has historically been a little tricky to get in and
out of for some operators. By partnering
with Royal Air Force and extending our
ground support operations to Northolt,
we are going to be focusing on making
this an easier, more accessible option that
business aircraft operators will want to
use as an alternative to other more congested airports close to the city. "
Universal Aviation will be the sole
provider of over-the-wing handling and
belt loader operations for baggage loading
and unloading at the airport. It will also
manage all business and private aviation
within the airport's terminal, including
the General Aviation Terminal, reception,
lounges, and the security screening area.

ABM Wins China Airlines
Cabin Cleaning Contract

ABM has been awarded a contract to
provide cabin secure cleaning services

across China Airlines' fleet of aircraft at
London's Heathrow Airport. The contract began in September 2020.
" Our focus continues to be on supporting our clients to navigate the pandemic. Central to this is helping them to
ensure their passengers feel safe enough
to fly again by delivering clean airports
and aircrafts, " said Antony Marke, group
managing director for ABM's UK aviation
business.
" Passenger experience is at the heart
of our brand, which is why the partnership with ABM in the UK is a natural
fit - they understand how crucial this is
to our business, " said Benjamin Yang of
China Airlines.
