ABS Jets First FBO in
Europe with IS-BAH Stage 3
Certification

ABS Jets Prague became the first European
FBO to receive IS-BAH Stage 3 certification.
Since launching as a full FBO service provider at Bratislava airport last year, the company has also been awarded IS-BAH Stage 1
certification for its Bratislava base.
" I am pleased with the results of the audit,
which showed zero findings. The ABS Jets
team is rigorously continuing to build on the
safety culture already in place. Indeed, we
will keep investing in safety and risk management to prove our commitment to clients,
employees, partners and shareholders, "

The IS-BAH (International Standard for
Business Aircraft Handlers) is based on the
long-established format and structure of the
IS-BAO (International Standard for Business
Aircraft Operations) program. The IS-BAH
program, developed by the International
Business Aviation Council (IBAC) in collaboration with the National Air Transportation
Association (NATA), features a safety management system (SMS) at its core, helps promote progressive SMS and sets the threshold
for best practices in business aviation ground
handling. IS-BAH Stage 3 certification confirms that safety management activities are
fully integrated into the operator's business
and that a positive safety culture is being
sustained.

Swissport Expands Air Cargo
Business at Vienna Airport with
New Cargo Terminal

Swissport has signed a seven-year lease for
two air cargo terminals nearby Vienna Airport. The adjacent 8,000 sq. m. warehouses

are part of the Deutsche Logistik Holding's
'SkyLog park Vienna' in the Fischamend
region and will allow Swissport to further
expand its cargo activities at Vienna Airport.
It is the second major investment in
Vienna, following the opening of a warehouse with direct tarmac access right at
Vienna Airport in mid-2019. The completion of construction work is scheduled for
the fourth quarter of this year, when operations will move from the 4,600 sq. m. Cargo
Nord Object 10.
" Despite persisting challenges to global
aviation, air cargo volumes have rebounded
and again reached 2019 levels. Our business in Vienna has also been developing
favorably. We are proud of our committed
team there and pleased to announce our
new warehouse, " said Henning Dieter, head
of Swissport Cargo Services Germany and
Austria. " It will support our expansion into
forwarder handling and greatly benefit our
customers and staff. "

DC Aviation Al-Futtaim Receives
Stage 2 IS-BAH Certification

DC Aviation Al-Futtaim has received the
International Standard for Business Aircraft
Handling (IS-BAH) Stage 2 certification for
its fixed base operations (FBO) located at
Dubai South. DCAF had completed its Stage
1 certification in May 2019.
IS-BAH Stage 2 Certification is the second
of three levels of the highest possible safety
standards that an FBO can have. The certification is the global industry standard on
